Terms of Use

By downloading or using Isochrome you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are between you and Isochrome; Apple is not a party to them.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Isochrome on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its emulation data.

Three emulsions — C Portrait 400, C Amber 200 and B Grit 400 — are available at no cost, permanently, with no watermark and no usage limit.

Isochrome Pro unlocks all twenty-one emulsions. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annually. There is no other way to buy it, and no one-time or lifetime option. Current prices are shown in the App Store and in the app before you buy, in your local currency.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them directly.

Photos you take with Isochrome are yours. We claim no licence or ownership over them and they are not uploaded to us. How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Isochrome’s film emulations are independently developed and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Eastman Kodak Company, Kodak Alaris, FUJIFILM Corporation, Harman Technology Limited (Ilford, Kentmere), or CineStill, Inc. All film names, product names and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

Isochrome is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a photo will be captured or saved in any given circumstance. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
